A little help, then back to the match
Let’s get you sorted.

Joining your group
How do I accept an invitation?
Open the invitation your organiser sent you on your iPhone, then sign in with the invited email address. The app checks your invitation and membership. If you use Sign in with Apple with Hide My Email, your organiser may need to invite that Apple relay address instead.
My invitation does not work
Ask your organiser for a new invitation if the link has expired, been replaced or been withdrawn. Signing in does not automatically give you access to every group; your organiser sets your role and access.
I did not receive a sign-in email
Check the address and your spam folder. Open the most recent sign-in link on the device where you started. If it has expired, request a new one. Avoid requesting several links in quick succession; delivery can take a little time.
Organising a group
Where should I start?
Create a ticket group, add your season seats and check who owns each seat. Add your first fixture, review it, then invite the people who will use the group. Seats can have more than one owner. Your allocation policy determines how competing requests are handled.
A fixture has changed
Organisers review proposed changes. Pull down to refresh if the app appears out of date. Follow official club or venue announcements for final travel decisions.
Seats and match plans
Does requesting a seat mean I have it?
No. A request records your preference. A confirmed allocation or accepted extra-seat agreement tells you the outcome. Check the match details and your plan before travelling.
How do spare seats work?
An eligible member contributes an extra seat and sets its terms. Other members can request it when their priority window allows. The contributor chooses a recipient. Gift, cash, credit and swap terms are records of arrangements made outside the app.
Where is my ticket or payment?
The app does not hold ticket files, barcodes or payment details. Arrange delivery through your club’s approved process and settle any payment separately. Your club or venue’s sharing rules still apply.
Your account and notifications
Notifications are not arriving
Open Account and check the alerts you want. Turn notifications on for this device and check the app’s notification permission in iPhone Settings. If permission was previously denied, enable it in Settings. Network conditions and device settings can delay notifications.
How do I leave or delete my account?
Leaving a group ends that membership. Deleting your account removes your personal account and notification registrations across groups; shared history may retain records with direct identifiers removed or replaced. Group context may still identify an arrangement. If you own a group, transfer ownership or archive it first. Open Account, choose Delete Account and read the confirmation carefully.
What happens to Sign in with Apple when I delete my account?
If Apple authorisation could not be revoked automatically, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, choose Sign in with Apple, select Season Ticket Sharing and stop using Sign in with Apple. Removing this Apple connection does not replace deleting your app account.
Contact support
Include your device model, iOS version, app version and a description of what happened. Never send a password, sign-in link, invitation token, payment credentials or ticket barcode.
For a group invitation or seat-allocation question, your organiser is usually the best starting point.
